How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Provide a URL or other information reasonably sufficient to locate the allegedly infringing material on our Service.
3. Provide your contact information (name, email, telephone) and a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
4. Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to the same email address with a description of the removed material, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
